Like so many of you, we have spent the last several days and weeks learning about the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it is impacting our world. For Platinum Chevrolet that means understanding how it affects our employees, customers and community, and then making the necessary adjustments to our operations.

We want you to know that Platinum Chevrolet takes the health of our employees, customers and community very serious, and has undertaken specific measures to ensure the safety of our Customers, Employees, and Community:

  • Increased cleaning and sanitizing of the facility inside and out constantly throughout the day.
  • Disinfecting- doors, handles, phones, keyboards, desks, tables, printers, anything anyone can touch.
  • We have reduced on site staff by over 50% to reduce contact and adhere to social distancing.
  • We have rearranged our Service Customer Lounge seating to allow for proper social distancing.
  • We are offering to pick-up and drop-off service customer vehicles and require that each vehicle be wiped down prior to entry and after exit every time.
  • We are offering for customers to buy vehicles online and we’ll deliver the vehicles to their home while ensuring that we wipe vehicles down before entry and after exit every time.
  • We are offering at home test drives and are NOT permitting our employees to be in the vehicles with other people for these drives to adhere to social distancing.
  • We encourage any employee with any symptom of illness to stay home until cleared to return.

We want you to know that Platinum Chevrolet is a place you can come to and know that you are in a sanitary environment and we are making sure all measures are taken to protect our customers.
